Harrier is committed to undertaking its business responsibly, fairly and ethically, with respect for the people who work for us, the communities in which we operate, and the wider environment.

Our corporate social responsibility commitments include:

• Communities: Harrier contributes to initiatives which improve the lives of others, through participation in local community events, sitting on not for profit boards such as Rocky Bay, and sponsorship of charities such as World Vision and the Leukaemia Foundation
• Environment: We maintain and regularly review our sustainability policy and tactics for waste reduction, recycling and efficient energy consumption
• Ethics and governance: We aim to provide our staff with a positive, fulfilling and safe workplace, and strive to nurture a culture of sound ethical practices, reinforced by our formal code of conduct and by the example set by our board and senior management
• Confidentiality: We recognise the importance of discretion (and the potential consequences of indiscretion) in our business; client and candidate confidentiality are enshrined in our privacy policy
